The Role
360 recruitment consultant position
This position is hybrid with 3 days in the office
The position is accessible by train too so you don't need a driving licence to apply.
The Selling Points
£25,000 to £30,000 basic salary depending on experience
Uncapped commissionno threshold or desk fees
You will earn10%to 40% in commission on the deal valueof every person you place. E.g. if you placed two people in one month and the company earned £30,000 for this business, you would take 40% of this as commission.So this is a very high-earning role.
