As part of the development of our EMEA activities, we are looking for a trilingual Recruitment Consultant / Business Developer (French – German – English) to join our Dubai office.

This role is strongly focused on business development and new client acquisition within the railway, civil engineering and energy sectors, with an initial focus on German-speaking countries.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and open new client accounts across EMEA markets
• Actively prospect new clients through phone-based business development and cold calling
• Identify recruitment needs within railway, civil engineering and energy companies
• Build and manage a client portfolio
• Conduct remote client meetings
• Identify and approach qualified candidates
• Manage recruitment processes from A to Z
• Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
