Role Purpose The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for call centre roles, including sourcing, interviewing, vetting, and onboarding candidates. The role ensures that staffing requirements are met efficiently while maintaining compliance with labour legislation and delivering a high‑quality, customer‑centric recruitment service. By combining recruitment expertise with a strong understanding of call centre operations, the consultant plays a critical role in building workforce capability, driving operational efficiency, and supporting business growth.
