The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who either has long term aspirations to become a Manager or is even a Manager at the moment and looking to make a move.

You MUST have worked as a Temps Recruitment Consultant in ideally the industrial or Driving sector of Recruitment, however successful consultants from other recruitment sectors with transferable skills will be considered.

You will need to be an excellent business developer, have the ability to build strong client and candidate relationships, be a self starter, ambitious and want to be the architect of your own career.
