Position Overview
The individual will play a key role in supporting the client by providing the full spectrum of recruitment services (temporary, permanent, payroll, work pass application and executive search).
Job Responsibilities - Support Director/Partner with hiring managers from client companies and referral agents for recruitment and work pass application requirements.
- Utilise various active sourcing methods, including job boards, employee referrals and networking to identify potential candidates for clients.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
- In charge of MOM work pass applications, renewals and cancellations to ensure seamless operations for clients.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure high retention rates.
