For one of our clients we are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to the client's recruitment team which is responsible for the global Internal
**Responsibilities**:
- External (experienced hires) recruitment
- Internal recruitment
- Vendor management
- Service management
- Personnel security in recruitment
**Qualifications**:
- Proficient with digital tools used in recruitment such as ATS systems, preferably knowledge of Workday recruitment module
- Solid communication skills in English, written and spoken is required in this role
- In addition, the following personal qualities are expected:
- Highly organized and structured with good planning skills
- Team player and a good relationship builder
- Strong communicator and advisor
- Curious, learn fast and serviceminded
- Thirve in a fast pace environment and with rapid changes
**Work Experience**:
- A few years of experience in sourcing and recruitment is required
