I’m supporting a long‑established organisation in the logistics sector as they look to appoint a Recruitment Advisor to take ownership of hiring delivery drivers across a cluster of depots.
This is a genuinely varied, hands‑on position. You’ll be sourcing talent, managing compliance, interviewing candidates face to face, and even carrying out short driving assessments to ensure the business brings in safe, reliable, customer‑focused drivers. Alongside this, you’ll also support wider recruitment needs across the organisation when required.
