Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to lead recruitment delivery, account operations, financial management, and client engagement for large enterprise technology accounts. The ideal candidate should have experience managing budgets, SOWs, resource planning, delivery teams, and account growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery and account performance
- Manage offshore recruiting, sourcing, and delivery teams
- Drive hiring strategies for niche and high-volume technical roles
- Manage account budgets, revenue forecasts, margins, and resource planning
- Review and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Requests (CRs), and contract compliance
- Track submissions, interviews, offers, onboarding, and delivery metrics
- Manage vendor relationships, escalations, and operational governance
- Prepare business reviews, delivery reports, forecasts, and account dashboards
