Recruiting Supervisor
Our client is seeking a metrics‑driven Recruiting Supervisor to lead a team of 7–10 high‑volume recruiters in a fast‑paced environment. This role drives production, quality, margin discipline, and recruiter development while maintaining strong performance accountability.
What You’ll Do:
+ Lead, coach, and performance‑manage a team of 7–10 recruiters
+ Drive daily/weekly production goals and team KPIs (coverage, fulfillment, margin, losses)
+ Run daily stand‑ups and metric reviews
+ Coach recruiters on pipeline management, speed‑to‑fill, and quality screening
+ Monitor losses, margin adherence, and operational accuracy
+ Partner with leadership on staffing forecasts and real‑time coverage strategy
+ Build scalable, efficient recruiting processes and develop top talent
