As a Recruiter II, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment process by recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientations for new employees. You will also perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status. This role demands familiarity with a wide range of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field, relying on your extensive experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals.
