About the Role

We are seeking a Recruiter to manage and drive end‑to‑end recruitment activities across six Southeast Asian countries. This role is a critical partner to business leaders, hiring managers, HR, and regional stakeholders, ensuring hiring outcomes are delivered with speed, quality, and a strong candidate experience.

The Recruiter will oversee recruitment operations, lead multi‑country hiring strategies, and continuously improve recruitment effectiveness through process digitalization, AI‑enabled sourcing, and data‑driven decision‑making. This role requires a blend of stakeholder management, operational excellence, regional hiring insight, and modern recruitment capabilities—particularly in engineering, technical, and early‑career hiring.
