We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Recruiter to join a fast-paced, high-volume Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in building strong retail store teams by hiring top talent across hourly and supervisor-level positions.
You’ll own the full-cycle recruiting process—from sourcing and screening to offer delivery and onboarding support—while leveraging social media, modern recruiting tools, and data-driven strategies.
What You’ll DoFull-Cycle Recruiting

+ Manage a high-volume requisition load (10–14 roles simultaneously) while maintaining quality and speed

+ Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and advance top talent
