Responsibilities Assist in writing and posting technical job descriptions. Source potential candidates on various platforms, including: Linked In, Pnet, Stack Overflow, and Git Hub. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes. Participate in pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities. Conduct interviews using various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions).
