As a full-time employee, your primary focus will be to recruit and place 1099 independent contractors for a variety of client projects across multiple industries. You will work closely with our clients to understand their workforce needs and source, screen, and place 1099 talent. Responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for all positions throughout the company.
