Join a large public healthcare organization supporting critical HR operations. This role plays a key part in driving recruitment efforts, partnering with leadership, and ensuring a strong pipeline of diverse talent.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with department leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
* Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidate pools
* Conduct candidate pre-screening and assist with interview processes
* Manage and track job postings and candidate submissions using electronic systems
* Maintain and update recruitment data in PeopleSoft
* Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding hiring progress
* Attend job fairs and recruitment events (virtual and in-person)
* Generate weekly and monthly recruitment activity reports
* Support internship, residency, and fellowship recruitment programs
