Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring initiative focused on Fire Inspector talent in Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position will play a key role in building candidate pipelines, managing full-cycle recruitment, and helping meet ambitious national hiring goals for a specialized service organization. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, a consultative recruiting approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with evolving hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for Fire Inspector positions, from intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding support.
