We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Guards and Drivers. The ideal candidate will have strong HR administration skills, a keen eye for compliance, and the ability to source and assess candidates effectively.

QUALIFICATION

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration , or a related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar role.
• Able to work under pressure, positive attitude, self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and documentation processes
• Good communication skills & computer literacy, especially in HR and payroll software.
