In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing top talent to meet hiring needs across the organization. The ideal candidate is skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
+ Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
