Description
We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to support a client with building teams for hospitality operations across multiple nearby locations, with an emphasis on hiring hourly staff and select leadership roles. The ideal candidate can move quickly, think creatively with sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruiting process from outreach through onboarding. This assignment is expected to last until staffing goals are met, with an estimated timeline of 1–2 months.
Responsibilities:
•Lead end-to-end recruitment for hospitality openings, including front-line and supervisory positions across area locations.
•Develop and apply fresh sourcing strategies to reach candidates with relevant experience for high-volume staffing needs.
