**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in life-cycle recruiting within an agency or in-house recruiting team.
- Experience recruiting for roles within business departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, or Communications).
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in Latin America.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- 5 years of experience with core HR recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation.
- Experience in stakeholder management and partnering with hiring managers.
- Experience discussing and negotiating compensation packages.
- Ability to develop client-focused recommendations and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent initiative, strong consultative skills, and ability to build productive relationships.
