Responsibilities :

+ Talent Acquisition Support

+ Support end-to-end recruitment activities for high-volume hiring (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination

+ Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure efficient and timely hiring processes

+ Screen resumes and conduct candidate outreach and pre-qualification calls

+ Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a positive experience

+ Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports

+ Maintain job postings and job description updates across multiple platforms
