Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HRBPs: Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source and Engage Passive Candidates: Utilize creative and proactive sourcing methods to identify, attract, and engage high-quality talent through multiple channels.
Manage the Recruitment Pipeline: Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, track workforce requirements, maintain accurate data, prepare reports, and ensure timely candidate placement.
Achieve Monthly Recruitment KPIs: Meet hiring targets by delivering qualified candidates within assigned SLAs while maintaining quality standards.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (experience in MNCs or recruitment agencies is preferred).
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills are required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
