**Join our team as a Recruiter!** This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting on a variety of salaried and hourly positions. The ideal candidate will focus on providing a world-class candidate experience while building relationships with hiring managers and interview teams to find the best talent for DRS.

This role is designed to be hybrid with some days at home and some days in our Fitchburg, MA office.
