Description
+ Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
+ Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
+ Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications
+ Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
+ Conduct reference checks and verify candidate information
+ Manage job postings and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
+ Negotiate offers and support the onboarding process
+ Stay informed on market trends and hiring best practices
Requirements
+ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
