Position Overview
Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle ensuring the organization attracts engages and retains top-tier talent. This role plays a strategic part in driving talent acquisition initiatives and delivering a seamless candidate experience.
Candidate Sourcing
- Leverage diverse sourcing channels including job boards social media recruitment agencies and networking events to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
Screening & Interviewing
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates aligned with role requirements.
- Conduct initial screenings (phone/video) to evaluate qualifications experience and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
