Source and screen candidates for overseas projects across construction, MEP, logistics, hospitality, oil & gas, facility management and professional roles
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, documentation and mobilization
Conduct preliminary interviews and trade screening (where applicable)
Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS
Coordinate with clients, project managers and internal operations teams on manpower requirements
Ensure compliance with overseas recruitment regulations, visa processes and documentation standards
Support bulk hiring drives, trade tests and client interviews (virtual and onsite)
Maintain accurate recruitment reports, trackers and daily/weekly MIS
Build and manage candidate pipelines across India, Asia, Africa and other sourcing regions
