This onsite role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be a relationship-builder who enjoys working with people, delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience, and supporting business growth through talent acquisition and HR initiatives.

The HR Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly and salaried positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring manager interviews, extending offers, and facilitating onboarding.
