Position Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: Collaborates with department managers to proactively identify current and future hiring needs. Attracts candidates utilizing various sources, such as online sources, job fairs, and employee referrals. Provides support to Human Resources Department and store locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
+ Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
+ Prepares recruitment materials and posts jobs to appropriate job board, colleges, etc.
+ Source and recruit candidates using databases, online sources, job and career fairs, schools, and associated clubs.
+ Ability to engage easily in presentations with groups or individuals.
+ Assess candidateβs relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
+ Screens resumes and coordinates interviews with hiring managers.
