About the Role

The Recruiter will be responsible for leading strategy and execution for full life‑cycle recruitment of assigned roles for our Commercial business unit. Additionally, this role will work to ensure a high level of client, manager, and candidate satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Identify resources, tools and opportunities to increase brand awareness among qualified job seekers, improve the candidate experience and increase diversity of the candidate pool.
• Proactively build pipelines of diverse talent related to current openings and potential new business initiative.
• Represent Syneos Health at networking, industry and campus events.
• Maintain candidate data and workflow in applicant tracking system; provide weekly updates and reports to Head of Talent Acquisition.
