Your role

As a TA Partner, you are responsible for the full candidate journey for entry- and mid-level roles. You make sure recruitment runs smoothly from start to finish, while creating a consistent and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You work in an international EMEA team where collaboration and continuous improvement are part of everyday work. In this role, you collaborate across teams, timezones and disciplines to get things done.

Your responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry- and mid-level roles, from new vacancy intake to offer, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring managers through structured selection decisions
• Ensure data quality and process compliance
• Source talent through relevant channels
