The HR Recruiter supports the company’s manufacturing operations by recruiting talent for positions ranging from entry-level to seasoned manufacturing and management roles while promoting the organization’s employer brand. This role manages full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing positions and engages with the community to promote the company’s culture, workplace safety, innovation, and career growth opportunities while building a pipeline to support the company’s future growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and comfortable being on the production floor to understand jobs firsthand.
Pay - $25/hr. - $38/hr.
Location - Tacoma, WA (100% On-site)
