Our Lady of Consolation is a proud member of Catholic Health and a recognized leader in providing exceptional quality driven care. We offer Long Term, Post-Acute and Skilled Nursing services. Our Lady of Consolation is located on the beautiful Great South Bay and is comprised of a 345-bed nursing and rehabilitative care center. Our nurses, physicians and support staff are devoted to providing patient driven health care in an environment of compassion to our patients, their families and our community.

The Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) is responsible for assessing residents’ recreational, social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs and developing therapeutic recreation programs that enhance quality of life, promote independence, and support psychosocial well-being within the nursing home setting.
