Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Ramstein Aquatic Center, Ramstein AB, Germany. This position does NOT provide logistical support. Teach group and private classes according to American Red Cross Learn to Swim program guidelines. Responsibilities Coordinates class schedules to create an annual calendar with management. Teaches group and private classes according to American Red Cross Learn to Swim program guidelines. Develop lesson plans that are appropriate for each age group or skill level. Conduct swim assessments to ensure each student is placed in the appropriate class. Maintain class attendance and lesson log and submit to management. Provide feedback to parents and students to ensure they are progressing with their swim technique.
