Responsibilities Maintains the Physical Activity Center front desk functions. Receives and directs persons who call or visit the Physical Activity Center. Provides information in person or by telephone concerning the athletic, fitness and health/wellness programs. Monitors patron usage and eligible through Rec Trac procedures. Processes payments for fitness classes and other reservations through Rec Trac. Ensures only authorized personnel are entering the facility.
