The Records Management Sr. Group Manager is a Strategic Professional responsible for establishing and implementing enterprise Records Management Policy and Standards.
The Records Management Sr. Group Manager is responsible for planning and implementation of the Records Management Standards, and will lead in advising all Businesses, Functions and Regions on procedures pertaining to Records Management. Impact reflects size of team managed, strategic influence on the business and interaction with other functions or businesses. May be involved or responsible for diverse (cross-discipline) activities. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally and externally, often at a senior level.
