Workdays: Monday through Friday and some Saturdays

Work Location: In-person - Nye Auto, Oneida, NY

Salary: $55,000 - $100,000

Position Summary

The Recon Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire vehicle reconditioning process for all new and used vehicles, from acquisition to front-line readiness. This role may include the following: ensure all vehicles are inspected, repaired, detailed, and merchandised efficiently and cost-effectively while meeting dealership quality standards. The Recon Manager works closely with the Sales Department, Service Department, Body Shop, Vendors, and Accounting to maximize inventory turnover and profitability.
