Our Client is looking for a Receptionist/Office Administrator based in Cape Town - Pinelands
Minimum requirements:
- Own reliable vehicle to get to and from work
- Grade 12 or higher
- Previous experience in receptionist / administrative role
- First Aid certificate advantageous
- Computer literate. Proficient with MS Office. Relevant experience on SAGE X3 is advantageous.
- Fluent typing skills minimum 45wpm
- Fluent in English
- Soft skills
- Good mathematical skills
- Basic reception duties – switchboard, emailing, printing, scanning, filing, shredding, archiving meet & greet, serving coffee & tea, postage & parcels
- Arranges courier collections & deliveries
