Own reliable vehicle to get to and from work
Grade 12 or higher
Previous experience in receptionist / administrative role
First Aid certificate advantageous
Computer literate. Proficient with MS Office. Relevant experience on SAGE X3 is advantageous.
Fluent typing skills minimum 45wpm
Fluent in English
Soft skills
Good mathematical skills
Basic reception duties – switchboard, emailing, printing, scanning, filing, shredding, archiving meet & greet, serving coffee & tea, postage & parcels
Arranges courier collections & deliveries
Travel arrangements, capturing travel invoices and information, record keeping
