Experience: At least (1) year experience working with a multi-phone system. Preferably in a nursing home setting. Must be very pleasant and professional.
Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities
+ Greet patients, visitors, families with a positive, helpful attitude; provide exceptional customer service
+ Provides assistance and guidance to visitors, directing them to various locations.
+ Ensure visitors are checking in and out of the building
+ Get identification from agency, vendor visitors
+ Answering phones for a multi-line phone system
+ Answer, forward, and return calls in a timely manner
+ Fielding calls from Families, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Patients, Physicians, etc.
+ Taking and dispatching emergency and non-emergency messages
+ Remaining pleasant and professional with callers, and calm under pressure
+ Working hand in hand with coworkers
