Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual, patient-focused professional to support front office and scheduling operations in a fast-paced healthcare clinic. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a positive patient experience through appointment coordination, eligibility verification, and accurate financial processing.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage a high volume of inbound calls, scheduling patient appointments and confirming visit details
+ Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility prior to appointments
+ Enter and track authorizations accurately in the system
+ Provide front office coverage as needed when team members are on PTO
+ Complete patient check-in process, including collecting co-pays and verifying demographics
+ Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments while monitoring daily productivity metrics
+ Balance daily batches and reconcile end-of-day payments and co-pays with careful documentation
