Responsibilities:

+ Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
+ Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
+ Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination.
+ Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning.
+ Support internal teams with clerical and office-related duties as needed.
+ Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
