Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to support daily front desk operations for a contract position in San Francisco, California. This role is ideal for someone who creates a welcoming environment, manages communications efficiently, and keeps office activity organized throughout the day. The selected candidate will serve as a key point of contact for visitors, phone inquiries, deliveries, and general administrative coordination.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, manage check-in activity, and maintain accurate records of everyone entering the facility.
• Operate a multi-line phone system, direct incoming calls to the appropriate contacts, and handle general front desk inquiries courteously.
• Receive, sort, and coordinate incoming and outgoing packages to ensure timely distribution and shipment.
