Key Responsibilities:
+ Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
+ Answer and direct incoming calls and respond to general inquiries
+ Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area
+ Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
+ Schedule appointments and assist with meeting room coordination
+ Perform administrative support tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Requirements
+ 1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
