Job Responsibilities:

· Handled front desk duties, checking in and outpatients.

· Insurance verification, flags, voicemails, and other duties as assigned
Requirements
· High School Diploma or GED

· Medical Experience background in Patient Services

· Basic or advanced knowledge of the EPIC electronic medical record system or other EMR's is a Preferred

· Basic or advanced knowledge of medical data reporting systems

· Microsoft Excel/Word knowledge
