Position Overview

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Welcoming/assisting walk-in guests/clients.

2. Answering phone calls and transferring calls to appropriate resource.

3. Distributes sales performance to PMR’S and house account dealers/clients.

4. Distributes and follows company memos, earned incentive leaves, quotas, sales

performances, etc. to co-employees and house account clients.

5. Booking of orders (S.O in-charge)

6. Updating clients for their unreturned green invoice.

7. Updating PMR’s for their client’s unreturned green invoice.

8. Checking of pending green invoices per account (unreturned green invoice.)

9. Updating/encoding & monitoring (computer & logbook) of green invoices.

10. Make a summary of pending green invoices and send them via email. Hard copies

are also provided.

11. Weekly submission of returned/unreturned green invoices report to COO.

12. Encoding of new invoices to mother file. <...
