Job Description
Answer telephone calls, screen, and direct calls appropriately
Take and reply messages accurately
Provide basic and accurate information about the company, both in person and over the phone
Greet and welcome guests entering the office and ensure they are comfortable
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
Handle enquiries from the public and customers professionally
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access through the reception desk (monitor logbooks and issue visitor badges)
Prepare correspondence and documents as required
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Organize conference and meeting room bookings through the booking system
Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary stationery and materials
