Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage phone calls and attend to client inquiries
- Call, schedule and remind customers to confirm their appointment
- Introduce promotional offers
- Provide administrative, co-ordination and any other relevant support to the marketing team, if required
- Contribute to marketing effectiveness by supporting the campaigns and promotions on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google
- Provide good customer service
- Any other duties which may be assigned
Requirements - 4 or 5 days X 4 hours work week
- Basic PC skills required
- Customer Service background would be an added advantage
- Friendly and warm personality
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- Preferably with some relevant experience
