We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while providing general administrative support to help ensure smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
+ Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
+ Answer and direct incoming phone calls
+ Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area
+ Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
+ Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed
+ Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and copying
