Receptionist
A Shared Workspace Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for members, guests, and prospective clients. This role requires previous receptionist experience and strong customer‑service skills to maintain a polished, efficient, and welcoming environment.
Must be available to work between 8th and 22nd July.
Key Responsibilities
Front‑desk operations — greet members and visitors, manage check‑ins, handle enquiries, and maintain a professional reception area.
Member support — assist with workspace bookings, troubleshoot access issues, and provide day‑to‑day help to ensure a smooth member experience.
Call and email management — answer and route calls, respond to enquiries, and manage general inboxes.
Workspace coordination — oversee meeting room schedules, prepare spaces for bookings, and liaise with cleaning or facilities teams.
