This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based at the Lahore office. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing the front desk in a professional and courteous manner. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries from students and clients, maintaining visitor logs, scheduling and confirming appointments, and providing general information about services. The role also involves performing basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, sorting mail, and coordinating document delivery to relevant departments. The Receptionist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations and a welcoming experience for all visitors and callers.
